Lomo'instant Party Recap UK

Last week we celebrated the arrival of the Lomo’Instant camera at the Lomography Soho Store with a huge launch party. We opened our doors late to showcase this exciting new compact instant camera! We gave you the chance to hold this beauty in your hands and have your photo taken in our instant photobooth. Read on to catch the event highlights.

Christmas came early for the Lomography UK staff when we received some boxes of the Lomo’Instant cameras last week, just in time for the official Lomo’Instant launch party. We opened our doors late, set up a special instant photobooth and prepared a big bucket of ice for some complimentary bubbly.

By 8 p.m. the whole shop was completely packed with people wanting to have their photo taken in our instant photobooth. The staff took turns taking some shots, encouraging everyone wear the funny props provided.

Some lucky people got to try the camera and everyone enjoyed the complimentary bubbly too. At one point in the evening, we were struggling to fit everyone in!

The night was a great success and once everyone had left the party we all popped out for some well-deserved food which gave us the perfect excuse to test the Lomo’Instant camera for ourselves!
